Refund and cancellation policy for NeuroArcana subscriptions

1. Overview

NeuroArcana is committed to providing a high-quality experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to review your refund request in accordance with this Policy.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first subscription payment. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Service, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available when:

  • The request is made within 14 days of the first payment for the current billing period;
  • The Service did not function properly due to our error;
  • An unintentional duplicate charge occurred.

Refunds are not available when:

  • More than 14 days have passed since the start of the paid period;
  • The subscription was actively used (more than 10 readings performed in the billing period);
  • The user violated our Terms and Conditions.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription in your account. After cancellation:

  • Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period;
  • No further charges will be made;
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided unless the 14-day guarantee applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Please include: your account email address, the payment date, and the reason for your request.

We will review your request within 3 business days. Once approved, funds will be returned to your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record under their own policies. In case of a payment dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly.
